Mother and Daughther Headfirst in the Sand

Daughter (Zia) Age: 20
Mother (Ashley) Age: 52
Zia and Ashley wanted to take a break, so off to the beach they went. Upon arriving, they were carrying everything they needed (towels, sunscreen, a umbrella, etc.) but, when they were walking down the stairs to the beach below, they couldn't see much with the gear in their view and both Zia and Ashley landed crashing headfirst into the sand. Their things fell along with them, and scattered all over the beach. They shook their legs wildly to get out of the sand, but no dice. As they were still headfirst in the sand, they prayed for a random stranger or the lifeguard to help these damsels in distress.
